W e h r ä l e s t i n g u: The customer has the right to complain about obvious defects of the goods within 8 days of receipt. The Blue Liners Institute is not liable for damages that have arisen due to mishandling or actions of third parties.

Guarantee: For products such as HSR-3D, HSR 780 headphones, Holovisionsplayer: 2 years, otherwise the statutory minimum guarantee is valid from the date of invoice or receipt of the goods respectively. Please keep your receipt for any warranty claims to.

S e r v i c e: Avoid unnecessary packaging and postage costs. Most issues / errors can be resolved by having a conversation with us. Once the product itself is concerned, we will send you a replacement product. This performance, we guarantee you within a year after date of purchase. Warranty and repair services are carried out by us and processed quickly, as a rule, so that you can return the goods received within 1-3 weeks. Send in devices and the accessories with, because the error may also lie there (cable, adapter). Send the goods as a precaution postal package (no packet or letter). Cancellation:
Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason this contract.
